The Lady Rams scored four runs in the first inning, six in the second, two in the third, one in the fourth and their final two in the top of the fifth while Wyalusing pitchers limited Wellsboro to one base hit on the day .. a single by Carolyn Warner. 

Wellsboro’s had two other batters reach base in the game as Abby Owlett was hit by a pitch and Bailee Confer walked. 

Confer started for the Hornets and took the loss, going an inning and a third and allowing eight earned runs on seven base hits and two walks. Paige Logsdon threw the final three and two thirds and gave up seven unearned runs on six hits and four walks with a pair of strikeouts. 

Wellsboro (1-2) is scheduled to visit Coudersport Monday.
