After a scoreless first inning the Lady Rams plated a run in the second to take the lead, then exploded for a 12-run third inning and tacked on their final run in the fifth.

Wellsboro's lone run in the game came in the third inning as LeAnna Fuentes bunted for a single to lead off the inning and would eventually score. Teagan Novinger and Arianah Lawton also had hits in the game.

Adelyn Frantz was tagged with the loss after allowing 11 runs (5 earned) on two hits and seven walks with three strikeouts in 2 & 2/3rd innings of work. Paige Logsdon threw the final 2 & 1/3rd innings, allowing three runs (1 earned) on three hits and a walk with two strikeouts.

Wellsboro falls to 5-10 overall and 3-9 in the NTL Large School Division with the loss. The team is scheduled to be back in action on Monday at Williamson.
