Northern Tier West Sports ReportMANSFIELD — The North Penn-Mansfield youth basketball team competed in the fourth and final week of games hosted by the Tioga County YMCA here Sunday.
NPM, as well as teams representing Cowanesque Valley, Williamson, Troy and Galeton, competed in the league this season.
