Northern Tier West Sports ReportCLAY, NY — The Wellsville Diamond Dawgs 16U travel softball team, led by Cowanesque Valley-trio Maddie Millard, Ruby Sherman and Tabby Piper, won the Clay Classic Championship this past weekend at Legacy Sportspark in Clay, New York.
The Dawgs won two pool play games, their semifinal match-up and then the the championship with a 9-3 win in the final.
