Northern Tier West Sports ReportSAYRE — Wellsboro got back above .500 on the season Tuesday, rolling to a three-set sweep of the host Redskins in NTL volleyball play.
The Hornets won 25-9, 25-8 and 25-7 to get the sweep.
Meredith Brownlee had 21 service points and five aces, while Paige Logsdon had six kills, Natalie Cleveland had eight digs, Taylor Main and A Lawton each had five assists and Lexi Urena had three kills, five aces and 14 service points.
Wellsboro (6-5, 5-2 NTL) are scheduled to return to play on Thursday at Wyalusing.
