Northern Tier West Sports ReportMANSFIELD — North Penn-Mansfield welcomed Meadowbrook Christian on Saturday and the top-ranked girls soccer team in District 4 handed the host Tigers a 6-1 loss.
The score was 2-0 at the half and MCA outshot NPM 29-1 and had all of the match’s 11 corner kicks.
At the 45:56 mark, North Penn-Mansfield’s Haile Hodgins scored her first career goal.
Keeper Tierney Patterson recorded 23 stops in goal for the Tigers.
NP-Mansfield, 0-12, will continue to look for their first win when they play at Wyalusing on Tuesday and at home against Athens on Thursday.
