Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — Cowanesque Valley won the NTL title and Player of the Year Kylee Stone headlines the All-Tioga County Girls Tennis Team.
The Lady Indians went 8-6 overall and 5-1 in the NTL to win the title, beating league-foes Towanda and Wellsboro twice each and splitting their two matches with North Penn-Liberty.
North Penn-Liberty finished 3-7 overall and 3-6 in the league with two wins over Wellsboro and a win over CV, while the Lady Hornets went 2-13 overall and 0-6 in the NTL with a pair of wins over Galeton.
Stone went 6-4 as the Lady Indians’ No. 1 singles player to lead CV to the title.
