Northern Tier West Sports ReportMANSFIELD — The Southern Tioga major baseball team opened bracket play of the PA District 15 All-Star tournament with an 11-1 win over Allegheny Mountain at Smythe Park Sunday afternoon.
Southern Tioga (2MW) advances to face Wellsboro (1W) at their place on Tuesday, while Allegheny Mtn. (3W) awaits the loser between Troy (1MW) and Canton (3MW) and will face them on Thursday.
