Northern Tier West Sports ReportMANSFIELD — Cowanesque Valley finished fifth at the weekly NTL match Tuesday, held at Corey Creek and hosted by the North Penn-Mansfield Tigers.
Athens won with a low aggregate score of 317, followed by North Penn-Mansfield (333), Towanda (343), Wyalusing (363), CV (405), Wellsboro (413) and Sayre (567).
Laila Hackett carded a team-low 95 for the Indians while Danny Smith shot a 96, Lucas Hamilton had a 106 and Ashtyn Burdick had a 108 to round out CV’s scoring.
Nate Adkins (115) and Brett Watkins (116) shot non-scored rounds for the Indians.
CV will host next week’s NTL match on Tuesday at River Valley.
