Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportMUNCY — The Williamson girls basketball team lost 54-18 to Muncy in the opening round of the District IV Class 2A playoffs Wednesday night, bringing the Lady Warriors’ 2024-’25 season to a close.
No. 2 seed Muncy led 24-8 after the first quarter, 42-12 at halftime and 53-16 after three quarters of play.
Olivia Meisner led Williamson with 9 points. Madisen Jones had 6 points, Kenna Thomas had 2 and Bailey Snyder had 1 point.
Williamson finishes the season with an overall record of 7-15, 3-12 in the NTL and 3-6 in the small school division.
