Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportWAVERLY, NY — The Wellsboro boys basketball team went 1-1 on playoff night at the Waverly Summer League, topping Troy to reach the semifinals before falling to league champ Corning.
The Hornets beat Troy 46-40 and fell 48-33 to Corning, who beat Candor 49-36 in the final.
