Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — The Laurel Health 'Athletes of the Week' are North Penn-Mansfield's Andy Hermansen and Cowanesque Valley's Laila Hackett.
Hermansen averaged an area-best 82 in the first two NTL golf matches of the season, shooting and 83 at Towanda CC and an 81 at River Valley.
Hackett carded a 98 at the Towanda CC match and a 106 at home at River Valley to lead area girl golfers.
