WYALUSING — North Penn-Mansfield opened their 2025 girls soccer season here Tuesday, falling 2-1 to the host Lady Rams.
Wyalusing took a 2-0 lead before freshman Leila Garverick scored with less than four minutes remaining in the match off an assist from senior Brooke Wilcox.
The Rams held a 14-4 advantage in shots on goal and a 3-1 edge in corner kicks. Keeper Avalon Rew had 11 saves in net for the Lady Tigers.
North Penn-Mansfield (0-1) is scheduled to return to play on Thursday at Wellsboro.
