Northern Tier West Sports ReportEAST TROY — The Williamson girls soccer team dropped a game to league foe Troy Thursday, losing 4-1 to the defending NTL champs.
Troy scored three first half goals, outshot Williamson 25-4 and had nine corner kicks while the Lady Warriors had none.
Williamson's goal came on a direct kick by Star Ordway in the second half of play.
Ordway played in net for Williamson in the first half and had three saves while Addy Lanzo made eight stops in the second half.
Williamson (1-1) returns to action Saturday morning when they host Selinsgrove.
