Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — The Laurel Health ‘Athletes of the Week’ are Wellsboro girls’ soccer player Ella Boyce and Hornet boys’ keeper Camden Tom.
Boyce, a junior, helped Wellsboro to a 3-0 week .. scoring a goal in the Lady Hornets’ 2-0 win over NEB, scoring two goals and assisting on another in a 4-1 win over Towanda and scoring a goal in a 3-1 win over Jersey Shore.
Tom, a senior, recorded a clean sheet with three saves in the Hornets’ 2-0 win over North Penn-Liberty and had six saves in a 0-0 tie with Athens.
