Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA JUNCTION — Williamson won their fourth straight match to end the regular season here Wednesday, beating Athens 3-1 on senior night and sealing the NTL small school championship.
Athens won the first set 25-18 before the Lady Warriors ran off three straight .. 25-17, 25-18 and 27-25.
Senior Raegan VanGorden finished with 33 assists, 12 service points, five kills and six digs, while senior Abby Gehman had 12 kills, five digs and 11 points with five aces.
Senior Emma Bailey had eight points with two aces, Olivia Nolan had 15 kills, a block and seven digs, Aubrey Wells had 10 points, a block and six kills, Bailey Snyder had 13 digs and three points and Laine LaPointe had five points.
Williamson finishes the regular season 15-3 and will be the No. 3 seed in the upcoming District 4 AA playoffs.
