Northern Tier West Sports ReportALFRED, NY — Cowanesque Valley’s Aspyn Dennis, a sophomore offensive lineman for the Alfred University football team, earned a starting role for the Saxons in the 2025 season.
Dennis started in six games for the 4-6 Saxons, including in three of their four wins.
In AU’s season-ending 34-21 victory over Morrisville, Dennis and the offensive line paved the way for running back Tommy Nyquist to rack up 285 yards rushing .. second most ever .. and four touchdowns.
