Northern Tier West Sports ReportATHENS — The newly-formed Williamson girls’ wrestling team sent a handful of wrestlers to the Jarvis Tournament in Athens Saturday and finished in 13th place, highlighted by freshman Madison Fay’s undefeated day.
Fay went 4-0 at 112 pounds with pins in 39 seconds, 31 seconds, 32 seconds and in 3:08.
Senior Madalynn Bailey went 3-2 on the day at 118 with three falls while Allee Southard went 0-5 at 142.
