Northern Tier West Sports ReportWESTFIELD — Cowanesque Valley took on Athens in boys basketball action Thursday and fell to the Wildcats, 63-32.
Athens led 11-5 after the first quarter, 33-18 at the break and 42-26 after three quarters.
Levi Stahli led CV with 11 points while Carsyn Kemp had five points, Reed Vargeson, Danny Smith and Josh Teague had four points each and Parker Lee and Ashtyn Burdick had two points each.
The Indians (1-4) are scheduled to return to action on Tuesday when they host Canton.
