Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — The Laurel Health ‘Athletes of the Week’ are North Penn-Mansfield basketball players Maddie McNamara and Jason Harer.
Sophomore Maddie McNamara had 16 points, seven steals, six rebounds and four assists in the Lady Tigers’ 44-27 win over Wellsboro and had 13 points, nine rebounds, two steals and two assists in a 53-46 loss to South Williamsport.
Senior Jason Harer led NP-Mansfield to a 57-36 win over CV with 23 points and 13 rebounds and had 12 points, 12 boards and five assists in the Tigers’ 42-26 win over Canton.
