Northern Tier West Sports ReportLIBERTY — The Lady Mounties faced Canton for the third time this season on Friday and dropped to 0-3 against the Lady Warriors with a 57-32 loss.
Canton took a 14-2 lead after the first quarter before the Lady Mounties rallied to take the second quarter 16-13 to cut the lead to 27-18 at the break. Canton increased their lead to 41-25 after three quarters of play and sealed the win with a 16-7 fourth.
Haley Litzelman led NPL with 14 points and added 12 rebounds, 5 steals and 2 blocks.
Victoria Mctish scored 8 points, Kendall Graham had 7 points, Scarlett Graham had 2 points and Colette Frey had 1 point.
Liberty (4-6) is scheduled to host winless Sayre on Wednesday.
