Northern Tier West Sports ReportCANTON — Williamson handed 0-16 Canton their first win of the season here Tuesday, falling 49-39 to the host Warriors in NTL boys’ basketball action.
Canton led 13-7 after the first quarter and 22-16 at the break. A 13-12 third and 14-11 fourth quarter advantage gave Canton the win.
Kayden Moon led Williamson with 18 points. Uriah Davis and Maddox Hartman had six points each, AJ Hargarther had three points and Ayden Silvernail, Alex Watson and Shae Davis had two points each.
Williamson (3-14) is scheduled to visit North Penn-Mansfield on Wednesday.
