Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA JUNCTION — Williamson snapped a six-game losing streak and celebrated senior night with a 42-11 thumping of the Sayre Lady Redskins.
The Lady Warriors held Sayre scoreless in the first half and took a 19-0 lead into halftime, led 28-9 after three quarters and closed out the win with a 14-2 fourth.
Kenna Thomas, Laila Hackett and Alex Hastings were honored as Williamson’s senior players.
Thomas led the Warriors with 15 points while Olivia Nolan and Bailey Snyder had six points each, Alexis Sprague had four, Laila Hackett had three points and Lainey Hackett, Leann Kessing, Hastings and Mikayla Anderson had two points each.
Williamson (6-11) is scheduled to return to action Saturday at Northeast Bradford.
