Northern Tier West Sports ReportTROY — The Wellsboro girls’ basketball team finished their 2025-’26 season here Monday, falling 46-17 to large school champ Troy.
Troy took leads of 19-3 after a quarter of play, 27-12 at the halftime break and 42-12 after three quarters.
Ady Frantz led the Lady Hornets with six points, Kate Bryant scored five points and Kya Lawton, Lily Wagner and Lena Rothermel each had two pints.
Wellsboro finishes with a 4-18 record on the season.
