Northern Tier West Sports ReportROME — The Lady Mounties played their final regular season game at Northeast Bradford on Tuesday, falling to the Lady Panthers, 58-37, despite Haley Litzelman breaking the North Penn-Liberty all-time scoring record.
Litzelman led the Lady Mounties with a double-double of 25 points and 18 rebounds while adding four assists and three blocks, setting a new mark for North Penn-Liberty scoring. The senior now has 1,378 points, breaking the old record of 1,376.
Scarlett Graham and Victoria McTish scored four points each, Kendall Graham had three points and Serena Boiywo scored one point.
Liberty finishes the regular season 9-13. They’ll qualify for the District IV Class A playoffs as the No. 7 seed in the eight team field.
