NTL TRACK & FIELD: WILLIAMSON SQUADS COMPETE AT WELLSBORO QUAD MEET (2026-03-31)

WELLSBORO — The Williamson Track & Field teams competed at a quad meet in Wellsboro on Tuesday, where the Lady Warriors finished 2nd and the boys in 4th.

The Williamson girls scored 91 points, behind Wellsboro (103) and ahead of Wyalusing (45) and Troy (37).

Madalynn Bailey won the 400m (1:00.97), the 800m (2:31.46) and the long jump (17-06) while Anna Lee won the triple jump (33-02) and Sayde Loucks won the shot put (29-11) and the discus (87-07.50). 

Elizabeth O’Neil won the 100m hurdles (17.83) and was 3rd in the 300m hurdles (54.78). 

In the 800m, Lainey Hackett was 3rd (2:38.27), Maddison Fay was 4th (2:40.84) and Natalie Yonker was 5th (2:43.82) while in the 1600m Hackett was 2nd (6:04.62), Fay was 3rd (6:14.79) and Yonker was 4th (6:23.50) and in the 3200m, Hackett was 2nd (12:56.26), Fay was 3rd (13:49.64) and Yonker was 4th (13:53.53).

Loucks was 2nd in the javelin (84-02), Mikayla Anderson was 4th (75-09), Anderson was 2nd in the shot put (27-04.50) and in the discus (84-09) and Raegan VanGorden was 4th in the high jump (4-06).

On the boys’ side, Williamson scored 32 points, behind Wellsboro (110), Wyalusing (77) and Troy (57).

Joshua Teague placed 3rd in the 100m (11.99), Jeavon Eick was 3rd in the 200m (24.69) and Hayden Plunkert was 4th (24.85). 

Eick was 2nd in the 400m (56.15), Nathaniel Wood was 5th (59.90), Trevin Hollenbach was 4th in the 800m (2:31.52) and Daniel King was 5th (2:31.57). Gabe Crance was 4th in both the 1600m (5:16.60) and the 3200m (12:04.89), Elias Rowan was 4th in the 110m hurdles (20.36), Teague was 3rd in the 300m hurdles (45.53) and Ben Bower was 5th (46.25).

AJ Hargarther was 4th in the high jump (6-00) and Jacob Johnson was 4th in the javelin (127-10) to round out the warriors’ scoring.
