Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA JUNCTION — Sugar Valley Rural Charter scored two early runs and one-hit Williamson to hand the host Warriors a 2-0 loss here Tuesday.
Xander Stafford had Williamson's lone base hit in the loss while Kohen VanDelinder drew the only walk allowed by SVRC.
Maddox Hartman took the loss, throwing all seven innings and giving up two earned runs on five base hits and four walks with six strikeouts.
Williamson (2-10) is scheduled to host Cowanesque Valley on Wednesday.
