Northern Tier West Sports ReportROME — North Penn-Liberty dominated Northeast Bradford in an 11-0 win here Tuesday behind five extra base hits and a one-hit shutout from pitcher Elyna Booth.
Booth allowed a lone NEB baserunner in six innings of work, with no walks and 13 strikeouts.
The Lady Mounties pounded out 10 base hits .. with Julia Kaczynski driving in five runs and scoring two with a pair of doubles and a single, Haley Litzelman connecting on a two-run home run and Maddie Smith scoring twice after tripling and doubling in the win.
Addie Lehman had two base hits and two runs scored, Maddie McNamara had a hit, an RBI and scored twice, Claire Dominick had a hit and an RBI and Kameron Lightner scored.
North Penn-Liberty (12-3) is scheduled to host Hughesville on Wednesday.
