TROY — The Wellsboro major softball All-Stars won their District 15 pool play opener on Friday, topping Troy 11-9.

Wellsboro and Southern Tioga are both 1-0 in the West pool, as each has beaten Troy. They’ll meet on Sunday at 4 p.m. in Wellsboro.
