Northern Tier West Sports ReportATHENS — The Southern Tioga major All-Star softball team dropped their second straight game to Athens Sunday, falling 12-2 to the Wildcats in the PA District 15 final.
Southern Tioga scored first, taking a 2-0 lead in their first at-bat, but Athens scored four runs in each of the first, third and fifth innings to end the game early and earn the win.
