Northern Tier West Sports ReportHUMMELS WHARF, PA — Wellsboro senior Syler Pietrzyk took low honors with a one-over 71 at the Selinsgrove Invitational on Friday, leading the Hornets to a 5th-place finish.
Pietrzyk used three birdies and 11 pars to shoot a 36 on the front nine and a 35 on the back.
Junior Chase Schultz (44, 42) and sophomore Case Butler (42, 44) each shot an 86 and junior Logan Johnson (42, 47) had an 89.
Freshman Jackson Largey (44, 47) shot a 91, sophomore Conlen Whitsell (45, 47) had a 92 and sophomore Ben Jackson (49, 48) shot a 97.
