Northern Tier West Sports ReportDALLAS — Wellsboro senior Lauren Kosek won the girls' race to lead a contingent of Hornets at the Cliff Robbins Cross Country Invite Saturday.
Kosek won in 18:46.1, followed by Molly Tice in 71st place (25:36.3), Luisa Crocco in 103rd (27:53.2) and Brianna O'Shea Losinger in 128th place (30:04.2).
In the boys' race, William Rudy was the Hornets' top-finisher, placing 51st (20:04.2) while Taitt Webster was 65th (20:48.0), Lucas Crowl was 89th (21:49.7), Jack Hammerton was 115th (22:46.2), Jeff Rawson was 155th (24:18.1), Justin Dunlap was 175th (25:21.8) and Aaron Salvesky was 208th (30:14.6).
