CORNING, NY — North Penn-Liberty competed at the Corning Volleyball Tournament Saturday, where senior Madison Smith reached the 500-assist milestone.

The Lady Mounties took two sets from Horseheads, split with Trumansburg and went 0-2 against Waverly in pool play before falling to Charles Finney in bracket play.

Smith and the Lady Mounties return to action Tuesday at Cowanesque Valley.
