MANSFIELD — Wellsboro earned a hard-fought, 1-0 win over North Penn-Mansfield in an NTL girls’ soccer match-up here Saturday.

Wellsboro’s Luna Moyer scored off an assist by Kaelyn Peterson at the 18:01 mark of the first half. 

The Lady Hornets outshot the Lady Tigers 14-1 and had a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks. 

Keeper Jadyn Dunlap saved the lone shot she faced to earn Wellsboro the clean sheet, while Tiger goalie Avalon Rew recorded 13 saves.
