NEB outshot the Lady Tigers 10-3 and had a 3-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Keeper Avalon Rew recorded nine saves in net for North Penn-Mansfield.
The Lady Tigers are scheduled to return to play on Saturday when they host Jersey Shore at 11 a.m.
