Northern Tier West Sports ReportTOWANDA — North Penn-Mansfield scored three minutes into their Thursday match-up with Towanda and made the goal stand as the Lady Tigers earned a 1-0 win over the host Knights.
Addi Lehman scored off an assist from Colette Frey for the game’s lone score.
The Lady Tigers had a 10-6 advantage in shots, both squads had a corner kick and keeper Avalon Rew recorded six saves in net to earn the clean sheet.
North Penn-Mansfield is scheduled to return to play on Saturday when they host Montgomery.
