Northern Tier West Sports ReportWELLSBORO — The Hornets had eight different players score goals and routed Wyalusing 10-0 in NTL boys’ soccer action here Saturday.
RJ Doughtie had two goals and an assist while Xavier Lecker scored twice.
Cody Tomlinson scored a goal and had two assists, Gabe Cuneo and Colin Fletcher each had a goal and an assist, Liam Stevens, Octavian Wyman and Callen Novak each scored and Dylan Tomlinson assisted on a goal.
Wellsboro outshot the Rams 29-0 and had a 13-0 advantage in corner kicks. Keeper Kayden Rogers recorded one save in net for the Hornets.
The Hornets (8-1-2) are scheduled to return to play on Monday at Troy. Wellsboro won the first meeting with the Trojans 7-0.
