CANTON — The Wellsboro Lady Hornets earned a 3-0 win over Canton in NTL volleyball play here Tuesday.

Wellsboro won the first three sets .. 25-18, 25-18 and 25-16.

Jill Mickey had 18 assists and 10 digs while Peyton Keane had nine kills, nine service points and eight digs.

Kendall Sweet had 11 kills, Maddy Cruttenden had nine digs and three assists, Ady Frantz had four kills, 11 points with three aces and a block and Ellie Largey had 13 assists and six points.

Wellsboro (9-2) is scheduled to host Cowanesque Valley Thursday.
