NTL BASKETBALL: NP-LIBERTY'S NOAH SPENCER NAMED TO ALL-STATE TEAM (2021-04-26)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportLIBERTY — North Penn-Liberty’s Noah Spencer has been named to the Pennsylvania Class A All-State second team.
Spencer led the Mounties to a second-straight NTL Division 2 championship and to the District IV Class A Championship game.
Spencer averaged 19.9 points per game and scored his thousandth point in that District title game. The senior also grabbed 114 rebounds on the season, had 89 assists, 52 steals and four blocked shots.
