Girls Basketball
Chloe Brandenburg, Wellsboro
The sophomore guard averaged nearly 17 points per game for the Lady Hornets in their 1-2 opening week. She scored 23 points in a win over Williamson, then scored 16 and 11 points in a pair of losses at the Muncy Rotary Tournament.
Wrestling
Riley Oakes, North Penn-Liberty
The Mounties’ 127-pounder went 5-1 and placed 3rd at the loaded DKI Tournament in Bloomsburg, picking up four falls and a decision as NPL placed 7th out of 24 teams.
Boys Basketball
Karson Dominick, North Penn-Mansfield
The junior scored 14 points in a blowout win over NP-Liberty, then scored 19 points in the Tigers’ 49-40 win over Northwest Area.
