Northern Tier West Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — Even with only two teams left in competition, it was still too difficult not to recognize three student athletes for their performances this week .. and Karson Dominick, Alex Davis and Derek Litzelman are the Laurel Health ‘Athletes of the Week’.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Karson Dominick & Alex Davis, NP-Mansfield, Derek Litzelman, NP-Liberty
Dominick and Davis scored 26 and 23 points in the Tigers’ first-round State playoff win, making them a lock to be named, while Litzelman scored 17 points in the Mounties’ lopsided loss and needs to be recognized for an amazing accomplishment in finishing his career with 987 points.
