COLLEGE TRACK & FIELD: NP-MANSFIELD'S TICE BREAKS BETHANY COLLEGE JAVELIN RECORD (2023-04-11)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportNEW WILMINGTON, Pa — North Penn-Mansfield alum Grace Tice, a junior at Bethany College in West Virginia, broke the school record in the javelin this past weekend at the Westminster Invitational.
Tice finished first in javelin with a throw of 40.99m. Her throw broke the previous school record of 38.92m. Tice currently ranks 7th in the NCAA DIII in javelin.
Tice and the Bison will travel to Greenville, Pa. to compete in the Thiel College Tomcat Invitational on Saturday, Apr. 15.
