NTL CROSS COUNTRY: CV TAKES TOP SIX PLACES IN WIN OVER SAYRE (2023-09-19)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportLITCHFIELD — Cowanesque Valley had the top six finishers to sweep past Sayre, 15-50, here Tuesday afternoon in NTL cross country action.
CV’s Kristian Mizdail led the Indians in a time of 16:41 on the 2.7-mile modified short course at the former Litchfield Elementary School.
Hunter Simonds (18:34) and Michael Lundy (18:34) tied for second place, followed by Matt McKee (19:41), Cole Warner (19:48), Ben Doran (20:54), Judah Mummert (21:49), Troy Madison (22:36), Ephraim Monroe (22:36) and Carter Hoke (25:46).
GIRLS
There was only one run in the girls race, CV’s Clair MCKee, who finished in a time of 22:42.
