NTL VOLLEYBALL: MOUNTIES CRUISE TO WIN OVER SAYRE (2023-09-21) Northern Tier West Sports Report SAYRE — The Mounties rolled over the host Redskins here Thursday, allowing just 30 points in the three-set sweep and earning the NTL crossover win.
NPL won the sets 25-10, 25-7 and 25-13.
Megan Spohn had 25 assists, three kills and five aces, while Ella Swingle had eight kills and seven digs, Saige Lehman had six kills and 10 digs, Riley Smith had 15 digs, Hanna Kendall had nine kills, Haley Litzelman had three kills and five aces and Mckenna Lightner had three kills and five digs.
The Mounties improve to 6-1 overall on the season with the win, including a 6-0 NTL mark. They’ll host Wyalusing on Tuesday.
