NTL GOLF: HERMANSEN'S NINTH-PLACE FINISHES LEADS NP-MANSFIELD AT FINAL MATCH (2023-09-25)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportCHEMUNG, NY — Andy Hermansen shot a team-low 85 at the final NTL match of the season at Tomasso’s on Monday and the Tigers finished sixth as a team.
Hermansen had two birdies on the day .. on the par-four 3rd & par-three 13th .. and finished ninth with a round of 85 (42, 43). Talon DeAngelo was the next highest finisher for NPM .. tying for 23rd place with a 103, while Tate Strange shot a 103, Alex Davis had a 106, Haylie Hammond had a 109 and Danny Harman rounded out the Tigers’ day with a 111.
League champ Athens stayed undefeated on the season with a low-aggregate score of 328, followed by Wyalusing with 345, Towanda with 360, CV with 365, Wellsboro with 392, North Penn-Mansfield with 393 and Sayre with 591.
North Penn-Mansfield finishes the regular season in third place in the NTL with a 27-15 record.
