NTL VOLLEYBALL: MOUNTIES SWEEP ATHENS ON THE ROAD (2023-09-28)
Northern Tier West Sports ReportATHENS — The Mounties continued their strong play and visited Athens Thursday, where they rolled over the Lady Wildcats in three straight sets.
NP-Liberty won the first two sets 25-11 and the third 25-15.
Saige Lehman finished with 14 kills and 15 digs while Ella Swingle had 12 kills and five digs. Megan Spohn had 26 assists and 10 digs, Riley Smith had 15 digs, Payton Chapel had five kills and Mckenna Lightner had seven digs.
North Penn-Liberty improves to 8-1 overall on the season with the win .. and 8-0 in the NTL. They’re scheduled to visit Wellsboro on Tuesday.
