TRAVEL VOLLEYBALL: WELLSBORO CRUSH HAVE SUCCESSFUL DEBUT (2024-01-30)
Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportWELLSBORO — The Crush, a new club volleyball team for 7th and 8th grade girls created in Wellsboro, recently had a successful debut at an event in Lewisburg, Pa.
The 14U team, coached by Renee Frazier with assistance from Tiffany Novinger, reached the championship at a Lewisburg YMCA 8-team tournament and finished as runner-ups in their inaugural outing on January 21st.
Members of the team include: Isabella Dean, Leah Sweet, Jenna Sweet, Penelopy Pell, Jillian Mickey, Delaney Morral, Tegan Novinger, Kendall Sweet, Kaylee Frazier.
