Northern Tier WEST Sports ReportROME, Pa — The host Lady Panthers dominated Cowanesque Valley from the tip-off here Wednesday and ran away with a 63-18 win over the Lady Indians.
NEB took a 27-5 lead after a quarter of play and went up 40-8 at the break. A 12-8 advantage for the Panthers in the third and an 11-2 fourth provided the lopsided final.
Ella Churchill led CV with 9 points while Ashley Woodring had 4, Kyra Daley had three and Star Ordway had two points.
The Indians (6-14 overall, 5-10 NTL, 3-6 small school) have two games remaining .. starting Friday at Sayre.
