Wellsboro’s boys had multiple event winners .. including all of the field events except for discus and shot put, where the Hornets were 2nd and 3rd .. and scored 92.5 points to outpace both Athens (68.5) and Canton (27).

Jonathan Carl won the 100 meter dash (11.9), the triple jump (39-07.75) and was on the winning 4x100 meter relay squad (45.9) along with Jack Bryant, Micaiah Fitch and Jacoby Strang, while Micah Vickery was 1st in both the 110 (16.6) and 300 meter hurdles (44.7). 

Noah Morey won the long jump (17-10.25) and Watson Feil won the javelin (154-02) while Morey was 2nd in the jav (148-02), the discus (110.02) and the shot put (39-08) and Feil was 3rd in the disc (108-04) and the shot put (36-10.00).

David Seeling won the high jump (5-10) .. with Vickery in 2nd (5-8) .. Gabriel Carpenter won the pole vault (10-06) and the 4x800 meter relay team (Jude Cuneo, Ethan Geneski, Henry Whitney and Max Macias) was 1st (9:36.3)

Seeling was 2nd in the 110 meter hurdles (18.6) and the 300 hurdles (45.2), while Jacoby Strong was 2nd in the 100 meter dash (12.0), Cuneo was 2nd in the 800 (2:16.5) and Macias was 2nd in the 3200 meter run (10:42.9). Macias was 3rd in the 1600 (4:50.6) and Cuneo was 4th (4:56.3) while Strang was 3rd in the 200 meter dash (25.8), Fitch was 3rd in the long jump (16-07.75) and Nehemiah Burrous was 4th in both the triple jump and(33-10.00) and in the 110 meter hurdles (19.8). 

On the girls’ side, Annie Gehman was a three-time winner, taking first in the long (15-00.00), triple (33-04.75) and high jumps (5-00.00) to lead the Lady Hornets to a 2nd place team finish with 55 points. Athens scored 86 points and Canton had 48.

The 4x100 meter relay team (Sophia Yoder, Jordan Rumsey, Emily Richardson and Piper Hoprich) placed 1st (52.7) to round out Wellsboro’s event winners.

Hoprich was 2nd in both the 100 meter dash (12.7) and the 200 (26.7) while Sarah Seeling was 2nd in both the 100 meter (18.0) and 300 meter hurdles (53.7) and 3rd in the javelin (70-03). 

Grace Harlan and Hannah Gilmour were 2nd (30-00) and 3rd (26-10.75) in the shot put and Gilmour was 3rd in the discus (84-00), while Emily Richardson was 3rd in the long jump (13-07.00), Jadyn Dunlap was 3rd in the triple jump (28-09.25), Kristina Belz and Ella Boyce were 3rd (4-08) and 4th (4-08) in the high jump and Taylor Main was 4th in the 100 meter hurdles (19.6).
