NTL TRACK & FIELD: MIZDAIL PR's IN MILE, JUST MISSES STATE PODIUM (2024-05-24)
Northern Tier Sports ReportSHIPPENSBURG — Williamson’s Kristian Mizdail took 10th in the boys’ Class AA 1600 during the PIAA Track and Field Championships Friday.
Mizdail ran a season best 4:21.35 and finished seventh in the fast heat. However, it was a very competitive field and a pair of runners from the second heat snuck into the top eight.
Eighth place was 4:20.68.
Mizdail has one more chance at an individual state medal as he runs the 3200 on Saturday morning.
